Do you source standard hardware for assemblies?

Yes. We can procure standard fasteners, inserts and seals per your BOM, or assemble customer-supplied hardware. Lot and material traceability are maintained as required.

Can you install helicoils and threaded inserts?

Yes. We install helicoils and solid inserts per callouts, with documented torque/installation parameters when specified.

How do you control fits and stack-ups?

We plan machining and inspection around GD&T, verify critical bores and features with CMM/optical methods and use in-process gauges for press and slip fits.

What cleanliness levels can you support?

We provide cleaning per drawing/spec and deliver protected, export-ready packaging. If specific cleanliness or handling requirements are needed, please include them in the RFQ.

Can you provide FAIs and full dimensional reports?

Yes. We provide FAIs, ballooned drawings and full dimensional reports when specified.
