Core Machining Capabilities

Sinker EDM

Maximum workpiece size 500 × 350 × 300 mm, weight up to 800 kg. Positioning accuracy ±0.005 mm, repeatability ±0.003 mm. Surface finish down to Ra 0.4 μm. Minimum internal corner radius R0.05 mm. Maximum machining depth 250 mm.

Supported features include deep cavities, ribs, narrow slots and complex internal profiles.

Titanium Alloy Machining

Full support for Nickel-based superalloys, titanium alloys and selected specialty metals. Typical grades: Titanium Grades 2, 5, 9, 12, 23.

Combined Processes

Sinker EDM followed by precision grinding, heat treatment, passivation, coating and assembly support.

Prototype to Production

Engineering prototypes, design validation, low-volume manufacturing (20–500 parts) and controlled repeat programs.
