Why Trust Us with Your High-Temperature Alloy Components?

Machining high-temperature alloys requires more than just advanced equipment; it demands rigorous process control, deep material knowledge, and uncompromising quality assurance. We do not compete on the lowest unit price for commodity parts; we compete on manufacturability, stability, and total supply risk reduction.

For Engineering

Comprehensive DFM feedback, tolerance reviews, and stable manufacturing-process development for complex geometries.

For Procurement

A dependable supply chain with scalable volumes (1 to 10,000+ parts) and transparent communication.

For Quality

Complete material traceability, First Article Inspection (FAI), and project-specific documentation ready for export.

Our Material Expertise

High-temperature alloys are notorious for rapid tool wear, work hardening, and thermal deformation. We evaluate material behavior, geometry, and surface requirements before a single chip is cut.

We routinely machine the following difficult alloys:

  • Inconel Alloys:

Inconel 600, 601, 625, 690, 706, 718, 725, and X-750.

  • Hastelloy Alloys:

Hastelloy C-22, C-276, B-2, and X.

  • Titanium Alloys:

Grades 2, 5, 9, 12, and 23.

  • Cobalt-Based Alloys:

Cobalt Chrome, Stellite, L605, and MP35N.

  • High-Temperature Steels:

A286, Nitronic 50/60, 17-4 PH, and 15-5 PH.

  • Specialty Metals:

Haynes (188, 230, 282), Monel (400, K-500), Waspaloy, and Nimonic.

Core Machining Capabilities for Complex Geometries

High-temperature alloy components often feature thin walls, deep pockets, and critical interfaces. We utilize advanced CNC technology to achieve exceptional precision.

Multi-Axis CNC Milling

3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining. Precision dimensional tolerances down to ±0.005 mm and true position down to 0.010 mm.

CNC Turning & Mill-Turn

Up to 9-axis mill-turn centers with sub-spindles and live tooling. Ideal for multi-feature rotational components requiring fewer setups and tighter concentricity (down to 0.008 mm).

Swiss CNC Turning

For precision high-temp alloy pins, nozzles, and medical components. Minimum part diameter Ø0.5 mm.

Wire & Sinker EDM

Essential for high-temp alloys where traditional cutting is impossible. We achieve surface finishes down to Ra 0.4 μm on deep cavities, narrow slots, and sharp internal corners.

Precision Grinding

Surface, cylindrical, and centerless grinding for critical sealing surfaces and bearing fits. Finishes down to Ra 0.2 μm.

Uncompromising Quality & Documentation

We understand that for industries like Aerospace, Energy, Oil & Gas, and Medical Devices, the documentation is just as critical as the physical part. Our temperature-controlled inspection lab is equipped with advanced CMM and optical measurement systems.

Available Quality Documentation

  • Material Test Reports (MTR) & Mill Test Certificates
  • Certificate of Conformance (CoC)
  • First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR)
  • Full Dimensional & Ballooned Drawing Reports
  • Heat Treatment, Coating & Special Process Records
  • Complete Material and Lot Traceability
