Wire & Sinker EDM

Ideal for Hardened D2

  • Wire EDM: Cutting accuracy down to ±0.005 mm, minimum cutting width of 0.15 mm. Perfect for punches, dies, and precision inserts.
  • Sinker EDM: Surface finish down to Ra 0.4 μm, minimum internal corner radius of R0.05 mm. Ideal for deep cavities and complex internal profiles.

Precision Grinding

  • Types: Surface, cylindrical, and centerless grinding.
  • Tolerances: Grinding tolerance down to ±0.002 mm, flatness to 0.003 mm.
  • Surface Finish: Down to Ra 0.2 μm for critical sealing or bearing surfaces.
