Advanced Mill-Turn Machining

Ideal for complex valve stems, spools, and connectors. Our up-to-9-axis mill-turn centers (main/sub-spindle, Y-axis, live tooling) allow us to machine multi-feature rotational components with fewer setups, ensuring stronger feature relationships and concentricity down to 0.008 mm.

Multi-Axis CNC Milling

3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling for complex valve bodies, manifolds, and housings. We handle parts up to 1,000 × 600 × 600 mm, holding positioning accuracy to ±0.005 mm.

Precision CNC Turning

For shafts, sleeves, nozzles, and threaded components up to Ø500 mm. We achieve diameter tolerances down to ±0.005 mm and roundness down to 0.005 mm.

Critical Surface Finishes

Sealing surfaces require perfection. We achieve standard machined finishes of Ra 1.6 μm, precision finishes of Ra 0.8 μm, and precision grinding down to Ra 0.2 μm.

Special Processes

We offer in-house Wire & Sinker EDM for narrow slots and complex internal profiles, as well as full support for passivation, coating, and assembly.
