3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling for complex contours, thin walls and precision interfaces. Minimum wall thickness 0.5 mm.
Turning
2-axis & mill-turn turning for shafts, sleeves, bushings and threaded fittings. Swiss CNC turning down to Ø0.5 mm.
EDM
Wire & sinker EDM for narrow slots, blind features and sharp internal corners. Surface finish Ra 0.4–0.8 µm.
Precision Grinding
Sealing surfaces, bearing fits and flatness down to 0.003 mm for critical functional areas.
Special Processes
Heat treatment, passivation, coating, deburring and assembly support — all in-house managed.
