Monel Milling Services
AXALLOY Precision delivers expert Monel Milling for complex, high-value components made from Monel alloys (400 and K-500). As a Shenzhen-based CNC machining partner specializing in difficult-to-machine materials, we support international engineering, procurement, and quality teams from prototype development through low-volume and repeat production.
Our Monel Milling Capabilities
We specialize in multi-axis milling, mill-turn, and precision turning for Monel alloys, enabling tight tolerances, minimal setups, and strong feature relationships. Our process begins with a detailed evaluation of alloy behavior, geometry, surface requirements, and production volume before defining the optimal machining strategy.
