Difficult-Alloy Precision CNC Machining
Nickel Alloy CNC Machining
We machine nickel-based superalloys into tight-tolerance components — from engineering prototypes to low-volume and repeat production — with full process control and documentation.
What we do in 3 seconds:
- CNC mill/turn Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel and other nickel alloys
- Hold precise GD&T on complex, thin-walled geometries
- Provide inspection evidence, traceability and dependable delivery
Why AXALLOY for nickel alloys
Nickel alloys work harden, conduct heat poorly and punish tools. We plan and control the entire process to make your parts right the first time and repeatably thereafter.
Difficult alloys are our core
Inconel 718/625, Hastelloy C‑276/C‑22, Monel 400/K‑500, Waspaloy, Nimonic and more.
Robust process windows
Stable fixturing, toolpath strategy, chip-thinning, high-pressure coolant and heat management.
Thin-wall and feature integrity
Minimized deflection, timed semi-finish passes and burr control.
Complex geometry readiness
5‑axis milling, mill‑turn, wire/sinker EDM and precision grinding in-house/qualified.
Engineering partnership
Drawing/tolerance review, DFM feedback, fixture planning and process development.
Quality and documentation
FAI, CMM reports, material/lot traceability and project-specific records.
Responsive communication
Clear quotes, risk visibility and realistic delivery you can plan around.
